We didn’t get the apartment we originally booked. It looked nothing like the pictures and was dirty (bed sheets, bad smell from the bathrooms, outside…). When we arrived and realized we tried to contact the accommodation and had to spend all afternoon on the phone with them. They sent someone to clean and accused us to lie about the fact the apartment was not the right one. Hopefully the person who came to clean contacted them to let them know it was indeed not the right one. Then it had been hard to get a commercial gesture from them we har to ask directly. They finally offered a 30% refund but it really impacted our trips already as we didn’t change apartment in the end. Also they were all the time saying they will contact us back to let us know about the rest of the process and never did so we had to call them none stop and sleep in the wrong apartment. A mistake can happen but it has been poorly handled.
