The staff are very helpful and friendly, the pool is great and the gym is also very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Die Annehmlichkeiten im Ressort wie kostenloser stündlicher Transfer zum Strand, die gepflegte Anlage mit weiteren Pools, Restaurant, Spa usw.

Ausstattung ist allgemein schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere die Küche im Erdgeschoss sowie die Bäder benötigen eine Auffrischung.

Very spacious villa with nice pool.The resort was also very good.

Lacked some basic cooking equipment and we found belongings from previous guests that were left behind in the wardrobes.Some of the tiles around the pool were broken and the bbq wasn’t very clean.

The villa is very well landscaped. The hedge on the side of the road and the plants inside are generally better than those of the neighbors. The pool is huge for a private one, it is shaded and cool, which is very important during the hot time of the day. You can really swim in it while enjoying the surrounding greenery. The villa has everything you need. Quiet air conditioners cool down well. In addition to the living room, there are televisions in every bedroom, which is a great advantage. Very comfortable beds. Silence at night. The surrounding area of the Saying Club is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. There are also two communal pools on site (which can be used by residents of this villa) and a restaurant with delicious cuisine. The road to the beach takes about 15 minutes, but it runs along good and modern roads and sidewalks built as part of a common tourist cluster. There are no local settlements in the area, and traffic is not heavy. However, it should be borne in mind that there are no large grocery stores (with the exception of snack and drink shops near the beach) within walking distance. You have to go to them by moped or car. The Waterfront complex has a food court near the beach where you can eat normally. The free transfer from and to the airport and generally communication with the hosts was easy and at a high level.

Despite the novelty and good equipment of the villa, there is a great lack of order and cleanliness. Plumbing is poorly maintained. The toilet on the 1st floor is leaking and we were forbidden to use it. During our 7-day stay, no one tried to fix this problem. There's a faucet dangling in the kitchen sink. In the first small bedroom on the second floor, the shower drain was clogged (I had to clean it myself), the shower faucet handle was not fixed and bounced. The so-called "cleaning" during the stay leaves much to be desired. A lady came, waved a broom for 15 minutes and didn't even bother to throw the trash out of the baskets in the toilets of the second-floor bedrooms. This attitude to cleanliness, condition and order in this facility was very upsetting and the overall rating was lowered for this.

Clean , great facilities , perfect for families

It was very modern and a comfortable size for my family.

It wasn’t very clean and no cleaning products were available to clean the property (sticky, dusty surfaces and hand prints on glass). We weren’t handed a key to secure the property, only a key fob to exit the garage which meant having to walk around the compound to get to the Sailing club. So we ended up just leaving the apartment open and walking out of the front door to gain access to the restaurant for breakfast. The landlord of Villa 1104 hasn’t joined the services that others villa residents are able to use; for example the golf cart to transport you to/from reception with your luggage or the restaurant to your apartment. We couldn’t use the gym either and the most frustrating was breakfast wasn’t included (even though it’s self catering this was an option for my friends who paid the same price pn) and at £15pp on top of almost £200 per night staying at this villa is an expensive option. I would advise to book and stay in the hotel or check with the landlord what they offer with the package because all villas offer different things.

Fantastic pool open design good hot tub. Mr Anh the manager was fantastic he solved the cleaning problem He was so kind and drove us everywhere he made us so happy and even gave us a free gift to say sorry for the dirty villa.

A little dirty when checking in but cleaned the next day. No coffee pod machine and small brown towels for pool This is a private rent separate from sailing club. This needs to be made clear
