The furnishings, cleanliness and management of the property were all absolutely perfect. The messages from the team were always polite, professional and helpful, the property was beautiful and incredibly spacious for the price, and the location was perfect for what we needed. Couldn't ask for more!

Can't think of anything we're unhappy with!

The decor and size of the property was excellent. The beds were super-comfortable, and the pillows were exceptional, they were silk and I loved them. The location was perfect for us visiting family, and we enjoyed the space within the property.

The showers could not be used at the same time as there was only sufficient pressure for one at a time. The bins outside were overflowing. Insufficient loo roll was provided for 7 people for our two day stay. The overriding disappointment was the added charges that were not evident on the booking.com website. Primshortstays manage letting of the property, and the access code to the property would not be released until either a refundable £300 deposit was paid, or a non-refundable £30 payment was made, which was stated by primshortstays was taken at the time of booking. Neither option was highlighted at point of booking and essentially despite having paid for the property in full, i was unable to access the property until either further payment option had been made. Despite many calls and emails, this issue remained unresolved. A huge thumbs down to primshortstays for their poor information provision, and recognition of their errors. Extremely disappointing.

Very roomy, comfortable, fabulous bedrooms. One was a little small but fine for a single occupant. Conveniently located for shops/city

first 2 days we couldn’t use the bathroom for the babies as it was so cold because the radiator didn’t work - this was fixed- but left us with no heating or hot water for 3 hours . Overall pretty clean - but not 100% perfect .

Clean, modern, good size,

1 of the “double” beds was definitely not big enough for 2 people. There was not enough toilet rolls provided. Only 2 per bathroom for a house that sleeps 10 people for 2 nights is not enough. The handle on the door to the dining room did not work properly. The lock on the door of the upstairs bathroom was also faulty. One guest even got locked in the bathroom as the knob for the lock fell off! Luckily we were able to fix it. The wheely bin in the front garden of the property had not been emptied before our stay and the smell coming from it was revolting. Plus there was lots of flies.

The property matched the pictures online. Easy to locate. Fast customer service response while on property. Spacious.

The property charged an unfair and unreasonable additional cleaning fee for what should constitute standard cleaning, which I have every reason to believe is theft. The property sent pictures of supposed "damages" many of which were consistent with the state in which the property was met. Property was left open when we arrived which made us feel extremely unsafe in an otherwise unfamiliar city. The process of obtaining the key was not straightforward. In my experience, customer service could have been better and should be better. The need to impose additional cleaning charges that exceed standard cleaning charges for what should otherwise be standard cleaning makes this place not the most appropriate fit for good value for money. I will not recommend this place to anyone unless for some reason they are prepared to settle for less, and have a large sum of their deposits not returned for frivolous claims.

It said one room has 2 singles beds and a king size but it doesn’t. The weeds in the garden and front entrance could do with a tidy up.
