Wir haben noch sehr selten eine solch gute Ausstattung eines Appartements erlebt! Die Wohnung liegt im 4.Stock, der Lift ist nur 4 Tritte vom Eingang entfernt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles wirkt sehr einladend. Wir haben genau an diesem Tisch auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt und die warme Herbstsonne genossen. Der zum Haus gehörende Parkplatz liegt einen kurzen Gehweg entfernt und ist abgeschlossen. Damit wir alles finden konnten, hat uns der Eigentümer im Vorfeld alles sehr detailgenau per WhatsApp geschickt, somit konnte der self check in problemlos getätigt werden! In meiner langjährigen Berufserfahrung ist mir eine so komplexe Einführung und toll ausgestattete Wohnung nie untergekommen. Auch die genauen Beschreibungen von Restaurants und Läden lassen keine Wünsche offen. Ans Meer gelangt man fussläufig in etwa 15 Minuten. Hier haben wir mit Überzeugung 10 * gegeben!

La casa è arredata con cura e in modo accogliente. È provvista di tutti i comfort e la proprietaria ha lasciato persino le cialde per il caffè. Posizione molto comoda vicino al centro e ampio parcheggio.

Non ci sono state criticità.

Barbara was amazing, best host you can ever had! She provided very clear instructions for the location and parking, and made sure we have everything we need in the apartment! Location is absolutely stunning, close to the center and all facilities! We thank you so much for, Barbara for our amazing stay and will come back 100%!

Perfect. It has everything you need. Well located. The host is very attentive and kind. Definitely recommend. When we were there, the building was in renovation so the balcony was inaccessible but that didn't impact at all our stay, the apartment is great.

Everything! Spotless clean, comfortable, everything you could need. Parking is a real bonus. No need to use the car as rail station and bus station walkable plus centre of Rapello. Barbara was a great host loads of useful information including very clear instructions of how to find the apartment and parking. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Excellent location, great value for money, large balcony, good communication with host. Free private parking but 200m away.

Adventurous parking on the slope. Limited vehicle length. But no problem for skilled driver. I was awarded as the best one in 2024 😀
