Good location, great space once inside, rooms are spacious and having a balcony was nice. Stairs not as steep as people make out. Thats my lot.

Sadly a much longer list, the listing said on site parking but it was 10 minutes walk away and this was blamed on booking.com having one listing for two flats. The entry to the apartment was filthy. The carpet in the apartment was also dirty and covered in mud. There was damp on the ceiling, there was mould in the bathroom, the shower doesnt work (low pressure and no temp control), limescale everywhere, wood on the balcony was rotten, breadcrumbs on the kitchen worktop, sheets were clean but stained, duvet covers were torn and pillows far too thin. The bedroom windows are really thin too and you will hear every word said by anyone walking on the street below. Lino by the table in the main bedroom curls up a little and i gashed my toe on it during the night.

I liked that this property was very close to the city Center and it was easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was well appointed and spacious.

We had a pram with us and the table at the top of the stairs in the communal area made it difficult to get it and large suitcases in.

Very useful for a group as had a lounge and nice communal area.

Only issue was maybe a few more pillow. Only one each and they were very thin

Great location, very central to amenities, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was well equipped, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Hosts communicated well and were quick to respond to queries.

While the apartment itself was very clean, the overall impression of the place was unfortunately spoiled by the state of the shared entrance hallway which was dirty and smelled very damp, with old post lying all over the floor. The stairs to the flat on the second floor were also very steep, which would have been helpful to know in the apartment description. The parking spot is very tight and only really suitable for a small to medium car.

The flat is very nice and in a really nice location. The living room was really big and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was also big enough for two people and they gave us additional linen free of charge for the sofa bed so everyone could have their own room. The stairs were not as bad as described. They are quite steep but it is not a problem for a normal person. My grandmother struggled a bit but we managed.

The conversation with the owner of the apartment was quite weird. They wanted us to pay via a different platform and also tried to get our confidential pin for the booking. There is als a deposit of 200£ that you have to pay. We got it back afterwards but I always feel uncomfortable when they require a deposit via a different platform. They also make you sign a rental agreement in advance.

Location is definitely the strong point of this flat. It has a nice balcony even though we did not use it much. It is nearby everything. A lot of shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Cleaning services did not do their job properly. I had to complain and they had to return. I found the flat cold during the day. Shower with Lower pressure (even after maintenance fixings) and and without hose. Person staying in flat above on 27/09 tried to enter the flat I was arguing he wanted to see if there was someone inside???? This situation made me quite uncomfortable. There are cameras on the common area and yet this was not enough to make him stay out of a flat he is not supposed to be in. He indeed entered in the flat. We had just arrived from the shops and have not locked the door. Weird people, not happy with this event at all.
