Malgré les doubles fenêtres, l’appartement est bruyant. Les tracasseries administratives sont nombreuses et insupportables. Demande de pré-enregistrement, de paiement de secutity paiement pour information sur l’adresse puis information sur un code sans explication puis information qu’il existe une boîte à clé derrière la bâtiment alors que nous avions déjà dérangé les voisins. Pas d’indication de numéro d’appartement dans l’immeuble. Rebelote pour le départ : proposition de supplément demi-heure par demi-heure alors que nous étions déjà parti. Impossible d’être détendu avec de telles relations avec une agence. Du jamais vu.

- We made it clear we would require bedding for 5 guests however there was no duvet for the sofa bed, just sheets. Luckily it was warm enough to not matter. - It was not made clear that the lockbox is located at the rear of the property. - One set of keys for up to 5 guests isn't enough. - Too many emails received regarding my stay. This made check in / check out instructions unnecessarily confusing.
