good location, refrigerator and pantry with lots of extra things for guests. washing clothes at no additional cost, comfortable beds, air conditioning works very well. It has a dishwasher, very complete apartment, free parking.

bathroom lacks a small closet and place to hang more than one towel. and the two chairs in the TV room are very small and should be replaced with a sofa as they are not comfortable when people come back from the beach and want to watch TV.
