Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment. Very friendly host. Extremely quiet location.

Everything was excellent.

The property was located on a working farm with good views over open countryside. Originally it had been a farm building but had now been converted to provide a high standard of living accommodation. It was very spacious - particularly the bathroom - and well equipped. It was also clean, quiet and comfortable. Parking was immediately adjacent to the entrance door. Being on the ground floor I imagine it would be ideally suited for disabled people as long as they didn’t require extra width doors.

The nature of the property meant that the approach was along an unsurfaced track, a small price worth paying.

Great location, perfect stay close enough and out the way. Perfect for those working in Nottingham or the surrounding areas.

The location was ideal for our trip to see family

Yes the road leading to it is a very potholed but it just lead to the charm.

Beautiful location on a working farm. Very comfortable, beautiful bathroom with a fantastic shower! Had everything we needed including the owners friendly dog who paid us a visit! Will definitely be staying again.

Lovely and spacious flat, very clean. Plenty of room for toiletries near the basin in the bathroom. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Louise the owner offered to come and have a look at a problem with the fridge though we did manage to sort it ourselves. Kitchen well equipped. Excellent directions and instructions on arrival were provided.

A shelf or caddy in the shower would be useful to stand shower gel and shampoo. A couple of larger cushions for the sofa would make it more comfortable.

The place was perfect, very clean with good facilities. Louise was very friendly, a massive thank you from me for letting me stay.

The place was fantastic, I really can't fault it Just a heads up for future people in low cars, the entrance road is a bit pot holey but I knew this when booking a farm stay, just take it slow and it will be fine =)
