Flat 1, Coneygre Farm

It was finished to a high standard and the location was incredible

Spacious, comfortable accommodation with a good-sized bathroom and comfortable bed, host very welcoming.

If you’re after a proper home-from-home stay that doesn’t break the bank, Flat 1 at Coneygre Farm is spot on. It’s in a great location for getting to Bingham (ideal for the office) and close to some great spots like The Old Vol, The Reindeer, Tom Brown’s, and The Anchor. There’s also a Sainsbury’s just a short drive away to stock up, which meant we could cook and relax rather than eating out every night or feeling stuck in a hotel room. The flat itself is super easy to get to, has everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy living space with a Smart TV, and free private parking, which is always a bonus! Louise was amazing, really accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best parts, though, is the setting. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and if you’re an animal lover, you’re in for a treat. We loved meeting the cows and horses and taking evening walks around the property. Plus, there are two little dogs who pop by to say hello now and again! If you’re looking for somewhere affordable, relaxing, and a bit different from the usual hotel experience, I’d highly recommend it. Already looking forward to the next stay!

There wasn't anything that we disliked, other than the dust (I'd just had the car cleaned!) - which is also to be expected, being on a farm.

Only thing was a few cushions on the sofa would have been perfect for a TV binge!

lovely place to stay, had everything we needed, nice and quiet, would definitely stay again.
