We require a copy of travel documents (EU citizens provide ID or passport, all others ONLY passport) from ALL the guests who stay in our apartments. Example of the picture will be sent to you right after the reservation, along with the email address to which you are required to send the documents. Please make a picture WITHOUT FLASH! The document must be CLEARLY VISIBLE: - date of birth, - name - document number. - address of your registration , indicating the country, city and POSTAL CODE. Without this information unfortunately we won't be able to proceed the check-in and have the right to refuse accommodations.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Wonderful stay in AMAZING apartment in central location close to everything!"

The location is wonderful! Super close to everything including the original Ruin Bar! The apartment is spacious and there are thoughtful touches everywhere such as house shoes, toiletry items and even a welcome bottle of champagne! The kitchen includes all the basic necessities in case you wanted to cook, but we didn't take advantage of that. The huge corner tub in the large bathroom was great, although we only took regular showers in there. If you decide to shower in the big tub, just be careful to stand facing out towards the sink while you spray towards the back wall or you'll get water everywhere! :-)

I was asked to send our passport information outside of Booking.com, which I was not completely comfortable doing. Apparently there was something malfunctioning with the messenger service that was not apparent to me. There was some back and forth with the host trying to figure out why it had to be done outside of the platform, but in the end we just went with it. Thankfully there were no issues during or after our stay. The information remained secure and we would return again in a heartbeat! Getting inside the building and to the key upon arrival was like a scavenger hunt, but it only added to our experience.

Very nice host - quick and clear communication, very hospitable. No problem to satisfy needs of a customer. Kitchen has everything. Good beds and blankets. Beautiful big bath. It is warm in the apartment, conditioner worked just fine. Smooth check in and check out. Totally recommend!

Inmejorable ubicación. Cocina muy completa con mucho menaje. Todo muy limpio. Espacios amplios. Camas cómodas.

El sofá cama nos pareció un poco incómodo.

"La più bella Pest"

L'appartamento è molto grande ha un bellissimo salone e 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni è ben arredato e la cucina è completa di tutto. I climatizzatori sono presenti le due camere da letto e nel salone principale. Mi è piaciuta particolarmente la zona piena di ristoranti e locali notturni, c'è molta vita, soprattutto turisti. Ho letto che l'ingresso al palazzo è stato molto criticato, ma adesso lo stanno ristrutturando e comunque è un ingresso normalissimo per un palazzo di fine 700.

Sono stato in questo appartamento in un periodo molto caldo e quindi mi sarebbe piaciuto avere delle delle lenzuola di cotone fresco senza avere i piumini come copilletto.

Bardzo blisko wszędzie dosłownie hotel położony w samym centrum. Duży apartament duża przestrzeń mieszkanie ciemne chłodne nie potrzeba włączać klimatyzacji. Wyposażenie ok wszystko jest. Kontakt z właścicielem też w porządku polecam
