The place was amazing, clean and very cozy.

Beautiful looking,nicely decorated and in a good location to old town area.

It advertises that it has air conditioning but it does not. It has a mobile unit in the kitchen/living room hooked up to the wall with a vent that consistently falls out. The main bedroom has a weird fan, no air-con. It’s August, and very hot here. The owner admitted that “unfortunately the one in the bedroom is not a real air conditioner, it is a fan that refreshes by adding fresh water to the special tray. Even if you leave the one in the living room on for a few hours, the house does not cool down sufficiently.” PLUS, there is a Punk bar directly across the street that plays music very loudly until late. Horrible.

This was in the centre of parma and walking distance to the sights.

The apartment seemed a bit damp - however, we did arrive in the middle of a heat wave. The host kindly had the air conditioning and kept the apartment cool, but in these older stone buildings the damp/humidity is quite normal.

The owner is very friendly and, reactive. The apartment is perfect situated, clean and authentic for the old town. I can recommend it to anyone, our two kids loved it as well.
