Beautiful, clean and comfortable, stunning furniture made of Sleeper wood and leather, 3 bathrooms 2 corner baths and ensuite being a spa bath. Very comfortable beds and extremely well equipped.

Despite booking nearly a year in advance, I only discovered upon arrival that the venue had been triple-booked. As a result, I was forced into a more expensive alternative that could host fewer guests, requiring some members of the travel party to return home.

How does the Booking.com platform allow multiple overlapping bookings? Why is this not communicated upfront, before any travel arrangements are made?
