Achei o empreendimento, neste caso o prédio onde se encontra o apartamento, em mau estado conservação, a necessitar de obras de manutenção. No apartamento os quartos são razoáveis.

De tudo. Não houve nada que gostasse, especialmente do espaço junto à praia, sem espreguiçadeiras para apanhar sol, super lotado.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The property is located along a very busy road, where construction trucks pass early in the morning and throughout the day, creating extremely loud noise. The windows are poorly insulated and let air and noise through, making it very uncomfortable. Upon our arrival, we were verbally confronted by one of the condo owners, who apparently dislikes short-term guests. This was very unpleasant and unwelcoming. During our first night, the building’s generator went into safety mode and kept beeping all night. At 5 a.m., we had to find a gardener ourselves to help resolve the issue, as no assistance was provided. At checkout, the cleaning lady arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time to make sure we were leaving, which felt intrusive and stressful. Finally, there was a very disturbing sewage smell coming from the washer-dryer, making the apartment unpleasant to use. Overall, due to the noise, lack of comfort, poor management, and unfriendly atmosphere, we would not recommend this accommodation.

Excelente Apto., limpio, con todo lo requerido. Ambiente muy agradable, el acceso a playa y piscinas hacen del lugar una experiencia exquisita para relajarse en familia.

It’s in a great location close to amenities

The complex is looking a little bit tired and needs a bit of a refresh but we did notice upgrades were happening, which is good to see

Pasamos 10 días en familia, el apartamento está tal cual las fotos, muy cómodo al lado de la playa y al lado de restaurantes y supermercado, con acceso a los servicios de piscina del hotel en la playa ideal para hacer surf y poder estar viendo el mar y comiendo en el restaurante
