I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. My husband was approached by security during our stay and told he would need to pay extra for any guests. This policy was not mentioned anywhere on Expedia, and it felt both surprising and unwelcome. The lack of transparency regarding fees was frustrating, and the security staff was not helpful in resolving the situation. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're looking for a straightforward and pleasant stay.
USGood air conditioning
1.The bathroom was dirty/filthy. IT SMELLED DIRTY. We asked what time housekeeping would be available so it could be cleaned. They couldn't give us a time. (weather is 115 degrees outside),-we were trying to be out of their way. 2.Your description shows breakfast included, but it's only "Continental" breakfast with a very limited selection of food items. Bread was stale and hard . 3.The fire alarm was constantly beeping. We reported it, it was taken off and never replaced. 4. The ice machine was not working. They brought us a bag, and we had to pay extra for it. 5. They require an extra CASH deposit when checking in. That is NOT DISCLOSED on your booking information. We will not be staying there again.
