Our recent stay at this resort was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the lake, which provided a serene and stunning backdrop for our entire vacation. It's a view you could never tire of, setting the tone for a truly relaxing getaway. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff. Every single member of the team was exceptional – professional, incredibly attentive, and always greeting us with a warm and genuine smile. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in everything they do, and they made us feel completely welcome and cared for throughout our stay. We made full use of the wonderful facilities. The swimming pool was pristine and inviting, perfect for a refreshing dip while enjoying the scenery. A major highlight was the boat trip on the lake; it was a fantastic way to experience the area's natural beauty up close and was expertly organized. The entire resort is beautifully maintained and offers a perfect blend of relaxation and activity. The culinary experience was also a delight. The food was consistently delicious, with a great variety of nice options that were fresh and beautifully prepared. Every meal was a pleasure. And then there was the spa – it was absolutely super! The treatments were sublime, and the atmosphere was one of pure tranquility. It was the ultimate indulgence and the perfect way to unwind. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and thoroughly impressed. This resort exceeded all our expectations, and we are already planning our next visit. A wholehearted recommendation for anyone seeking a perfect blend of natural beauty, outstanding service, and luxurious relaxation.

We did have a small issue with some insects in our initial room, but the way it was handled was a true testament to their exceptional service. After we reported it, a staff member named Camila was wonderfully humble and immediately resolved the situation providing us a a new, fresh room without any fuss. This level of attentiveness and genuine care was consistent across the entire team, who were all incredibly professional.

We’ve visited Naara Lodge several times, and it’s always a pleasure to return. The space remains very well maintained, and the recent expansion of the pool is a great improvement. The same team is still in place—attentive, warm, and genuinely kind. Staff greet guests by name and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome, which is truly remarkable in Mozambique. The food remains delicious and consistent in quality.

While the hospitality remains excellent, the service at the restaurant has become noticeably slower. Dinner took over an hour to be served, even though we were the first guests to place our order. Although the lodge has a generator, there were brief moments without power when the system had to be turned off.

Amazing. I look forward to returning as soon as possible. A secret, unspoilt oasis with friendly staff and stunning location.

Definitely need a 4x4 to arrive if travelling by car.

We likes everything about the lodge. But what we like the most is when stuff is maintained and clean. That there is a little bit of love in what you do. This lodge does that, there is nice background music in the restaurant. Pool is well maintained, there are horses you can ride. Little boats to use on the lake.
