Coqueto Ático (1B+1B) Malasaña City Centre

Everything was spotless, good communication. They allowed us to check in earlier , we just left our luggage while the lady was still cleaning the apartment. You have anything you need . Haven’t used the sofa as a bed as we didn’t needed. Perfect location. Clean and cozy

The only minus , the heating didn’t turn on. We had the instructions, we kept trying to turn it on but nothing happened. We had in exchange a radiator which we used it in the bedroom, but definitely need better instruction, maybe a video with all steps you need to do. And probably need something doing with the shower , as the water doesn’t runoff.

Es un apartamento con una reforma muy bien hecha. Con todo lo necesario para disfrutar unos días en pleno centro de Madrid. Muy limpio y nuevo.

El atico esta muy comodo para personas que desean caminar por la ciudad y explorar los alrededores. Espacio estaba limpio y acogedor. Las instrucciones para llegar simples y los accesos también. Esta muy cerca de la Gran Via y casi todo alrededor esta entre 10 o 15 minutos caminando.

El drenaje de la ducha tardaba muchisimo en bajar el agua y una de las lamparas del baño parpadeaba, necesita remplazarse.

Le contact avec les propriétaires, l'accueil, le logement, l'emplacement idéal pour nous, dans le centre de Madrid et près des transports en commun.

Tout était parfait !

Очень хорошее расположение, близко к метро и к главной улице. В двух минутах меркадона. Так же рядом много магазинов интересных. Очень красивый интерьер,сочетание старогопотолка,балок и современный дизайн. В апартаментах было очень приятно находиться. Тихое место.

Были незначительные минусы,такие как нехватка разделочной доски и прихваток.

Location close to main areas

The extra bed was in very bad condition. The mattress was like 1 1/2 inches…Not supposed to be offered. The shower was stuck. The building entrance not in good shape.
