The location

The bathroom doors were not closing properly. There was no dishwasher and cloth washing machines. Cloth washing machine is absolutely necessary for Niagara trip. Also please arrange one mirror at least for women to get ready.

Casa molto spaziosa, tante stanze. Zona tranquilla, 15 minuti a piedi dal Rainbow bridge e le cascate.

Le indicazioni sul parcheggio davanti a casa sono sbagliate, abbiamo rischiato la multa. Ho segnalato la cosa all'hotel, spero che rettifichi: si può parcheggiare solo su un lato, non su entrambi a giorni alterni. Quindi se arrivate in macchina fate attenzione!

The house was clean

The area was on the shady side. I was not comfortable leaving my elderly mother and grandchildren alone. There was no parking, so walking in the evening in that neighborhood was concerning. The house itself was nice and clean. They lack small things to make the stay more comfortable, such as garbage cans in the bedrooms. Lights in the closets. More furniture in the downstairs bedroom, as it has no closet. It did rain, and the house smelled like wet dog!!!! That was the biggest issue, in my opinion. I hope this helps.

Near to niagara falls. Internal look new renovated

Outside and window poor maintenance and old. Internal is newly renovated. Closet without any hanger. The stairs should have not install metal on the foot steps, it hurts the foot everytime you climb up and down the stairs. Cheap and old 3 in 1 shampoo hairwash. Pillow was too flat.

The home was newly renovated or still in progress of being renovated. It was nicely decorated, seemed everything was new, still had tags or signs of newness. Beds were comfortable. The attractions were easily accessible.

The home had a very strong chemical odor, that made it uncomfortable to sleep, or stay in the home for very long. There was no other exit from the home, other than the front door. All windows, other doors, in the home, drawers and cabinets, in the landing were stuck, due to being newly painted, not allowing them to open. The stairwell had no rail, which caused my sister to slip and fall down several of the stairs, leaving her bruised and sore, for our entire stay. All of this made the home feel unsafe and cause of concern, if there was a fire or emergency, no way out. The upstairs bathroom didn’t flush. We had to call to have the toilet fixed and see if something could be done about the smell. The host was responsive, fixed the toilet, attempted to do something about smell, with no avail. The area is very run down and dark. The alley behind the home looked like a junkyard. The bedrooms had no where to unpack your things or place your suitcase, other than the floor. There were closets, but no hangars. To top it off, our last night here, we had a mouse running around the kitchen/living room area. We had to vacate the home and find somewhere else to stay. It was very disappointing. The home has potential of being a great Airbnb. However, the renovation should be completed, to include bringing it up to code, get the toxic smell out of the home and be transparent about the area.

Originally booked a new property from this owner; when it wasn’t ready on time, they replaced the rental with a far better value. We were delighted with the service we received. Highly professional rental.

The communication about our location changing was not clear, so we arrived at the wrong place. Everything was quickly sorted out, and the new place was minutes away in a better part of town. The mattress in Room 2 was depressed in the center, so it was not the best night’s sleep for 2 of our 9 guests. But plenty of room for everyone!
