The apartment is located on the second floor and is spacious and clean. The building is old but nicely renovated, giving it a pleasant character. The underground parking space was very useful, even though the garage is quite small. There is also a lift up to the apartment, which is convenient. However, several comfort and communication issues significantly affected our stay.

When we arrived, the heating was turned off, despite it being a cold January evening (around 5°C outside). The apartment was very cold and took a long time to warm up, which made our first night uncomfortable. There is no heating in the bathroom, so we had to keep the door open to allow some warmth in. The hot water boiler is only 47 liters, which is insufficient for four people. Water pressure is very low in both the shower and the toilet. The toilet tank takes approximately 12 minutes to refill. The shower head also sprays water in all directions, making the bathroom messy after use. The windows facing the street do not close properly, leaving small gaps that let in cold air and traffic noise, which resulted in poor sleep. We were also unable to turn on the TV using the remote control in the living room. When we tried to use the oven simply to reheat food, the main electrical fuse tripped after only two minutes, so we decided not to use it further. All instructions inside the apartment are written only in Spanish, and communication with the host was also only in Spanish. We do not speak Spanish, which made things difficult. Additionally, after our first night (while we were already checked in), we received a message stating that we were “expected today” and that the latest check-in time was 23:30, which was confusing and incorrect. In the kitchen, only cold water runs from the sink tap, likely because the hot water supply was turned off. There was no information provided about where to dispose of the trash, and we only received a response after we had already checked out. The pillows were sprayed with a strong room fragrance, which made them unusable for sleeping. Some decorative choices were also not to our taste. Finally, despite multiple requests over several weeks, we still have not received an invoice, even though we were repeatedly told it would be sent “by the end of the week.” Due to these issues, we rated this stay a 6.

Al agua le faltaba potencia. Se oye mucho el ruido de la calle. Pienso que por una mala instalación de las ventanas.

Salía poca agua caliente

Estuvo todo estupendo.

Solo teníamos un problema, que la presión del agua para la ducha era escasa.

L’appartement est extrêmement bien placé, une fois garé tout peut se faire à pieds. L’appartement était propre, agréable et confortable. Notre hôte nous a fait plein de recommandations fiables et nous n’avons pas été déçu en les suivants. Angel s’est montré extrêmement réactif quand nous avons eu un problème (à presque minuit !) Nous avons également été autorisé à partir plus tard, ce qui n’a pas été le cas dans les 6 locations de notre périple en Andalousie. Mille merci Angel, vous êtes une chouette personne, j’aurais bien aimé vous rencontrer pour boire un verre.

Le premier accès à l’appartement était un peu compliqué (mais c’est juste l’histoire d’écrire quelque chose)
