Carpe Diem 3 BR Condo

They had false advertising on Bookings.com. Only after I have agreed to stay and paid for the trip in full, THEY DEMANDED $140 NON-REFUNDABLE ($2000 DAMAGE WAIVER). THEY SHOULD HAVE DISCLOSED IT BEFORE!

Unit 201 - was clean, large and comfortable. My 5 year old loved the bunk beds in one of the rooms. The location to shops/coffee/restaurants is perfect. 17 year old - loved her own bedroom and the large screened in balcony/porch - faces opposite the street, while relaxing on her phone’s WiFi. (Picture from the small balcony facing street - below). Easy access - free gated parking steps from unit. Washer/dryer made life easier.

I think the only downside - as described - is not located on directly on the beach and thus no beach views. It’s a 3 minute walk around a corner and through a public beach access. Great beach to relax on - of course, no access to resort beach loungers, nor drink service. Albeit, The condo does have a couple of beach chairs and umbrella you can carry to beach. - but, all expected.
