La posizione della casa è perfetta, vicina al mare e al centro ma non troppo in mezzo alla confusione, l'appartamento è fresco e dotato di tutto ciò che serve.

La casa è accogliente però dovrebbe essere curata un po' di piú. È una casa vacanza non ci si aspetta chissá che cosa ma i mobili sono fin troppo arrangiati. Pomelli e maniglie che mancano, porte e cassetti che fanno fatica ad aprirsi e a chiudersi, tappetini del bagno vecchi e malandati, e i lombrichi che abbiamo trovato ovunque. Tutte cose che abbiamo assolutamente risolto perché sono sciocchezze però si potrebbero migliorare
