Jepun Villas 11 - One Bedroom with kitchen

Bed was surprisingly comfortable but a bit sunken. AC works great

wifi stopped working for me on my second day, i had to use their "backup" wifis which barely reached my room. Internet is insanely slow too. Shower was terrible. Really hard to control temp, calcium build up was actually unbelievable, points basically horizontally so it just shoots at the door

I do not recommend this place. It was the worst accommodation I had in Bali. I booked and paid for a room with a kitchen, but I was given a standard room without one. The place smelled very bad, and both the bed linen and towels were in terrible condition. I stayed for four nights and not once did anyone come to clean the room or even take out the trash. The only positive thing is the location — just a few steps from Thomas Beach, with restaurants and everything close by.

Location, staff, and surroundings. Rental bikes available. Staff is helpful. There are lots of cafes and shops nearby, so it's easier to get things done. The kitchen is outside and big. Can walk to the beach.

Tap water was but salty, so if you have skin conditions, please be aware. Also, prepare for mosquitos.

Everything was very good, the room was clean, the staff were super attentive, I stayed for 16 days, the location was perfect, close to everything, I recommend it to everyone, the best place to stay in Uluwatu. I will definitely be back.

The location of this property is fantastic! It’s close to lots of little cafes/restaurants/bars. It’s also easily accessible to places via bike/taxi and there are lots available. We had our own private kitchen which was a lovely touch - as not many places over here provide you with your own fridge, so this was very much appreciated for keeping our drinks etc cool! The bed was very comfortable. The air con worked great. The staff are also very hard working around the garden area keeping it neat/tidy.

It would have been perfect if this property had a pool - the garden area is quite shaded so to lie out in the sun we either had to go to the beach or pay to use a pool at a local resort. It is still a fantastic property none the less.

walking distance to nice beaches and modern room , super comfy huge bed, with huge shower and friendly staff can't be beat

there's a club next door that plays music until midnight. but instead of trying to sleep just go there, it's fun
