Location perfect for my needs. Room small, very basic but also very clean.

No breakfast. AC was VERY NOISY and immediately next to bed. Very drafty

Location was ok. Indy race weekend.

Rate was for the Indy weekend. 4-5X normal rate. Clean, if you didn't mind the ants. No breakfast for a $225 night stay!
