Bright & Airy on Tuam - 2Bedroom Apartment

Loved the location, so close to Riverside Markets and shops, perfect walking distance. The apartment was new, homely and comfy. It had most of the things we needed. Coffee machine and pods were a bonus plus of course the dishwasher - nobody wants to do dishes on holiday! Check in was a breeze too. The hosts contacted us regularly after check in to make sure everything was ok. Games and Netflix also a nice touch.

Not much….. but if I’m pushed to find something…..no bin in the bathroom, no fry pan in kitchen (host offered to resolve during our stay), no duvet covers on twin beds. Also, we had organised an early check in and late check out for an additional fee. We were invoiced directly by the hosts the day before we checked out but they had added an unexpected additional damage waiver fee. They also asked for our card details which would be saved for later use. I questioned the extra fee several times and asked for the business account number to make payment for the arranged additional charge but have not yet heard back…..

Great location, easy walk to riverside and handy to city central and shops. The property is very lovely, warm, nice and clean. There are board games handy that cater for families, great supply of linen and extra towels too. Carpark is within building which is good, nice and secure.

There is no frying pan, other than that it has all other kitchenware, pots etc. Beds were super soft, not to my liking personally.
