Peaceful, comfy 1BR Nature Retreat: Serene Bliss by 360 Estates

Absolutely the most beautiful stay we had in Malta! Nestled in the peaceful countryside of Bingemma, this place offered complete privacy and tranquility—exactly what we were looking for. The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. What truly made our experience special was the owner, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Such a warm and genuine host is hard to find. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in a stunning location. We would definitely love to come back!

Heel rustig gelegen en huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien.

La struttura si trova in una località rurale molto tranquilla e vicina alle più belle baie della costa occidentale dell'isola di Malta. L'appartamento è ampio e moderno e la cucina ben rifornita. Graditi sono stati i cibi e le bevande offerte dal gestore.

L'illuminazione naturale è scarsa poiché l'appartamento ha una sola finestra che si affaccia all'esterno. All'arrivo in tarda serata la temperatura dell'appartamento non era confortevole (circa 15°C). Sarebbe stato utile che il gestore avesse acceso il condizionatore prima dell'arrivo per riscaldare adeguatamente gli ambienti. Nonostante la cucina fosse ben rifornita, mancava una tovaglia per il tavolo di vetro.

Modernes Mobiliar, gutes WLAN

Gebucht haben wir ein Ferienhaus, bekommen haben wir eine Ferienwohnung, die mal eine Garage war. Über der Wohnung befindet sich das Wohnhaus nebst Pool vom Besitzer (?). Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße, die zugleich die Zufahrt zu einer kleinen Straße ist, von der ab 5 Uhr morgens bis abends 23 Uhr ein reger Durchgangsverkehr zu den umliegenden Feldern herrscht. Kleine LKWs, Traktoren, PKWs und Motorräder fahren den ganzen Tag unmittelbar vor der Haustür hin und her. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit sich draußen niederzulassen. Auf dem schmalen „Bürgersteig“ stehen zwar ein kleiner Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, aber schön und erholsam ist das nicht! Man kann nicht einmal einen Wäscheständer draußen platzieren, da der rege Verkehr Staub aufwirbelt und die Abgase wirklich übel sind. Außerdem hat die Wohnung ein Schimmelproblem und riecht feucht und modrig, weshalb es einen Luftentfeuchter und diverse elektrische Duftsprays gibt. Da der Vermieter auf unsere Beschwerden reagierte, indem er uns ein Rosenduftspray zukommen ließ, haben wir auf eigene Faust die verschimmelte Klimaanlage „gereinigt“. Unser Vermieter versprach uns zur Wiedergutmachung 40€ zu erstatten, was bis heute nicht angekommen ist. Die Wohnung ist zudem sehr dunkel, da es nur ein kleines Fenster nach vorne zur Straße gibt. Der Lichtschacht zwischen Wohnküche und Schlafzimmer ist nicht wirklich effektiv. Insgesamt eine herbe Enttäuschung!

L'emplacement était parfait pour nous car un peu à l'écart des villes et à la fois très proche. L'hôte présent sur place a été vraiment très gentil et disponible, répondant à toutes nos questions et nous a donné également des recommandations. La maison est propre, bien équipée...vraiment beaucoup de tranquillité, tout ce que nous attendions. Tout est à proximité, l'île n'est pas grande, les plages sont proches également, vous pouvez prendre le ferry....tout est faisable en 10 à 30 min et c'est très appréciable. Vous disposez de Netflix le soir si vous le souhaitez. Vous avez tout pour faire à manger, en plus des petites douceurs nous attendent dans le frigo à notre arrivée et même dans un petit panier d'accueil pour un éventuel premier apéritif.

Nous avons beau chercher nous ne trouvons rien de négatif concernant ce logement, nous ne pouvons que le recommander +++

La cama era muy cómoda, nos gustó mucho que tuviese tele Smart Tv grande, lavavajillas y lavadora. También nos gusto el detalle que tuvieron de dejarnos un vino, algo mas de bebidas y algunos dulces y alimentos salados.

Las llaves fueron tan fácil de recoger porque la cajetilla donde teníamos que poner el código de seguridad para recogerlas estaba abierta por completo. El apartamento estaba bastante solitario cosa que sobre todo nos dio miedo el día que nos quedamos sin luz 24 horas. A parte hubo otro día que nos quedamos sin agua y este día sobre todo pasaron de nosotros, nos dejaron en leído, menos mal que el agua volvió al día siguiente. Pero nos hicieron pasar dos días de nuestras vacaciones bastante incomodos. Ah y como os quedéis sin luz, el váter se atasca, nos llevamos las 24 horas sin poder usar el váter. En la cocina solo nos dejaron un paño y nada de papel de cocina.
