For our purposes location was great because it's right across from where my father lives and there's a lot of shops around. Price was very reasonable too. Large enough room.

We were moved suddenly to another unit that was supposedly in the newer building but didn't look like the pics and was quite old and run down especially the bathroom situation. Tiny balcony not like the unit in the picture. Ants were everywhere definitely don't leave food out. Although there was a pool and gym in the building we couldn't freely use. We had to pay for gym if we wanted to use it. For the price if u are not picky this is okay.
