"It worked well for us."

Convenient and close to groceries. Spacious and clean. Blackout curtains worked well. Bed was comfortable.

Steps down to apartment were uneven and probably don't meet standard safety code. The lighting could have been brighter; the host is aware and will correct for next guests.
