The advert said ‘seaside’ but it wasnt.. had to drive to the beach, as we have two small children so 700m to walk up and down is too far to Thompsons beach. My mom arrived before us and also said the flat’s floor wasnt properly cleaned, and she had to ask for the cleaning lady to come and clean again. The cupboards in the room doesn’t have shelves to pack clothes in, only space for hanging clothes, which wasn’t ideal and we had to live out of our suitcases.

It is on top of the complex.not wheelchair friendly.the complex is old and in need of repair.we did not stay there and went to another location.i was expecting the owner to be a decent human being and refund some of the 21000 rand I paid.But unfortunately up to this day I have nothing back.i know it was my fault I did not check properly it is not good for disabled persons but still I expect it to be fined and given some of the money back.i learn my lesson and I'm booking into resorts from here on.Tourist be wear.

ZAThe place is clean and has everything to entertain my family. Easy access to attractions. It was very surprising to get someone waiting to hand over the keys at the gate and did not even get out of the car for key handing over processes. My little ones were sad to leave. The place is👌🫶💖. As for my welcome basket 🧺, I am thrilled

ZAThe place is located close to the Thompsons Beach, it was high up - elevated so that we could see the sea through the living area window. The owner was so warm and responsive and went out of her way to accommodate us. When we had a hiccup one evening we called her and she answered the phone and went on to find the solution.
The cleaning that was done before we arrived was not the best. The agent who was supposed to receive and assist us, never picked up her phone and never called back. When I eventually bumped into her at the security gate on the morning we were leaving, she said that she did not answer or call back because she was too busy. Also, we did not have access to television. Perhaps, that was intended to let us enjoy the vacation and the Blue Flag beach with crystal clear waters.
