House more spacious than photos and outlook onto playing fields was nice. Comfortable and quiet. Communications great.

Lightbulb didn’t work in dining room and no broom to sweep floor. Also outside chairs were dirty, they cleaned up ok.

Very easy - was sent the lockbox code the day of travel so knew everything before we even arrived

For us - it was 100% perfect. So i can really say much didnt meet our expectations

Good location for Ashby de La Zouch town - 10 minute walk. Nice safe area. House clean and perfectly comfortable. Would happily stay again if I was visiting Ashby de La Zouch.

Would have liked to have control of the heating - or, if we did, to have had some instructions. All the extra details, copy of driving licence etc required by hosts was a bit of a pain.

Nice, modern accomodation. The hosts were great, no issues gaining access to the property and everything was very clean! Comfortable and spacious. Having numerous parking spaces was also very useful!

The only slightly bizarre item missing in the kitchen was a cork screw but aside from that, no issues at all.

It’s was a great location to visit family and also to walk to the centre of Ashby de la Zouche.
