Walnut Flats-F3, 1-Bedroom with Stunning Garden View, AC, Parking, Netflix, WIFI - Close to Oxford, Bicester & Blenheim Palace

The flat was spacious , nice garden view , a parking space was available , nice bathroom .

The lights were too bright, the flat was extremely unbearably hot even with all the windows open , I recommend some dark colour blinds to keep the flat cooler , the sofas were uncomfortable/ with dirty marks on such as chocolate from previous guests and were uncomfortable, the bed was tiny ,uncomfortable and gave us back ache , we we’re asked to take our rubbish out and put in the garden bin on leaving the property . When I messaged the owner before arriving about checking in a bit earlier , this was not possible which was fine but I simply got a thumbs up emoji as a reply to my very polite email which I find quite rude and no effort was made with the response that I received , this is simply a business and more could be done to add a personalised service for the guests

Having only ever stayed in hotels, I was a little dubious when my partner surprised me with a nights stay at this property for our Anniversary. As soon as we got inside, any doubts were quickly removed, the property was delightful. Spacious, light, clean and cosy. The highlight for me had to be the beds. In all my 40 plus years, never have I slept so well. Thank you for your hospitality.

Would have ideally liked a closer location into the centre

Location excellent for getting into Oxford and places outside eg Woodstock. Well equipped and attractively furnished. Parking well designed. Host really helpful.

Bed too narrow for 2 large adults but the host sorted it by setting up the bed settee. It would be helpful to have instructions forworking the heating control.

Modern apartment which was bright and had good facilities. Good location to travel into Oxford.

Not any local pubs around.
