The location of the property and the whole vibe of the villa made it extremely hard to leave!

Absolutely everything was better than in pictures and descriptions. In reality the pool is not small at all. The communication with the property was very smooth. They can help and provide with anything (e.g., the scooter bike, like in our case). We were very sad to leave!

The villa is absolutely beautiful—stylish, spacious, and very aesthetically pleasing. The pool is a real highlight and perfect for relaxing. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the villa was cleaned daily to a high standard. The air-conditioning was also fantastic, especially in the Bali heat.

While our stay was mostly positive, there were a few things that could be improved to match the price point. The water pressure in the showers was very low—particularly when trying to have a warm or hot shower, which made it quite difficult to shower comfortably. The same issue affected the bathroom sink. We raised this with the staff, who were kind and responsive, but unfortunately the issue wasn’t resolved during our stay. We were told they didn’t want to disturb us, though in hindsight, I would have preferred the problem to be addressed or to have been moved to another villa if possible. There were also a few minor maintenance issues—like needing to keep the front door locked at all times or it would swing open, and rainwater seeping in under the doors during a storm. Lastly, the towels were quite stained, which took away slightly from the otherwise clean feel of the place. None of these issues ruined our stay, but they are worth noting for others, and I hope they’re addressed, as they’re relatively small fixes that would really elevate the experience and support the ongoing success of the villa.

It's brand new, but water is already leaking in the bathroom. The water in the shower is always salty, and we never have proper hot water.

The Villa was beautiful, clean and all round a joy to stay in. The staff were so friendly and we used the transport service from the villa for our temple visit they organised our whole trip including a guide. Thank you so much 🩷
