Great property. The owners were in contact in the build up to my stay, which was great. Property was clean, tidy, just perfect. Would definitely recommend, and only 9 minutes drive from the NEC.

"Superb"

Loads of room, really comfy beds, close to railway line. Nice to have a fully fitted kitchen. Sofa bed was great just not enough comfy places to sit. Xx

Communication with the host was great, house was clean and tidy. Kitchen well-stocked with utensils etc. Plenty of space to relax in. Parking on site (though busy). Easy to locate. Access via lockbox was very handy.

Frosted glass doors on all the bedrooms - slightly odd and not private when you're sharing with colleagues! Decor could definitely do with updating - lots of old empty fittings in the ceiling, loose bits of wallpaper or holes that have been badly filled - nothing actually broken but it is quite tired.
