The apartment was clean and well stocked

The owner was quite unpleasant to communicate with. I have a friend in the area who would visit me and leave after but she kept thinking we were trying to sneak him in to spend the entire night. On a daily basis I was bombarded with messages from her demanding I pay or kick him out and I had to constantly explain that he was just checking up on me especially after I fell sick during the trip. She went as far as making a formal complaint claiming falsely that I had an extra guest spend the night. It was so uncomfortable that I left a day earlier to spend the night somewhere else

Only two rooms with plenty of space for each in the common space, with a broad table each, ideal for having breakfast, a snack, or work. But the best was that it was super quiet at night, so that one could sleep with the window open and maximise the positive effects of the night breeze

Zero, not a single negative point I can think of

The breakfast was AMAZING. The place was very clean. The position, perfect.

I liked everything.

The special attitude from landlord Annamaria. We had excellent days, in a peaceful neighborhood, close to the center and to Laquila University. She had a daily organized breakfast which is average. Breakfast, hot drinks (tea, coffee-espresso machine), juices and cookies kept for 24 hours. We shared a flat with a French guy with a living area (separate room and WC). I must mention that on the last day, we had an early trip and we asked for help from Annamaria and she organized it very smoothly. Even she told us if there will not be any option for transportation she was ready to pick us up early in the morning :)

Very nice and clean room with private bathroom. Great location. Short walk to center of L'Aquila. Annamaria has done a great instructions so it's no problem to reach to the house and check in.

Anna Maria was friendly and helpful and sorted out a problem for us very quickly. The room and bathroom were spotless.

Shame there is no outside space at the property as the weather was particularly good when we stayed there.

Annamaria was exceptionally helpful through WhatsApp with 1: directions and instructions to get to my room and 2: very good recommendations for local restaurants. The nearby Locanda Aquilana Da Lacosta made an exception for me (they were fully booked) as I was traveling solo! Grazie, Annamaria!
