"Nice and clean with parking!"

Clean, spacious, decent location. 20 min walk from train station. Private parking area.

Front door lock was tricky to open and lock. Wash machine took 3 hrs each load.

Communication was fast and great with all answers. Since we arrived late at evening, they organize that keys were waiting of us in lock box. It is near to train station by walk so is good location for exploring Cinque Terre by train. Also, city centre is not so far away for walking there. Private parking lot in building courtyard is really big big plus.

The apartment is as described. The kitchen is large and practical with everything needed. Close to the central station and the historic center of La Spezia. The private parking was very convenient and is located in the backyard. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this apartment. We would choose it again.
