Spacious & Luxe 3BR Downtown 1min to Beach

The property is in a great location. Also the apartment is as photos! Host was lovely had water and juice in the fridge as well as a beautiful bottle of white wine from a local vineyard as a welcoming gift!

This is a great apartment at a great location, city center is 10 mins walk away and the nearest beach is only 100m away. We haven't used this beach but you can if you want to. There are many shops, restaurants, bars near by so if you want a quick bite or drink don't need to walk to city center.

There is a restaurant in the house right next to this one so it can be a bit loud until about midnight or so, on the weekends even longer. There is only 1 bedroom which doesn't face this restaurant but the other 2 do. Still you can close the windows and use AC to cool the room if the noise is too much. Not a deal breaker for me, just be aware of this fact.

This is an excellent option for those visiting Kos. I really liked its excellent location, cleanliness and comfort. The staff taking care of the space was also amazing. Excellent.

There is anything I didn't like. This property is top!
