the host was so lovely and accommodating! they were very easy to reach/contact every time we had questions, making our stay all the more comfortable. there was more than enough space for all of us, and the views of both balconies were amazing. the apartment was also very well equipped.

it was hard to find parking every night when we were returning, but not impossible!

"great accommodation with a good location"

Location, view (in all directions), equipment. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped, the beds are comfortable. Shops nearby (coop, lidl, basko). There is a bus stop nearby, and the sights of the city can be easily explored. It is recommended to use the AMT app, it is very useful. Giovanni, the host, is very kind, helpful and flexible with check-in and check-out.

No air conditioning. We were here in June so for us it was not problem. During the day, we protected against overheating with shutter. At night open windows, the air was pleasant. Little bit noisy because of traffic and waves, but this is the price of a good location. We solved it with earplugs :)

Very good location in Genova. Close to all sorts of facilities: Coop, bar, Bus, train, and many more. Directly at the sea. Very good Communication. Pleasant Stay in the flat, with all needed equipment.
