GBThe property was very spacious and the proximity to York is fantastic.
The property wasn't very clean. There was mold in nearly every room, there was a musty smell and it was quite dusty.
AUThe home was lovely and comfortable with new modern furniture. Enough beds, towels and toiletries for 6 people (there were 3 of us). I would definitely stay there again.
Disappointed that the free street parking was hard to find. There was no clothes dryer (there was a large clothes airer). The staircase steps were narrow and very creaky. The shower was over the bath. Just needs some TLC: Remove dirty hand marks off the walls, new toilet roll holder, some painting. The kitchen and bathroom were a bit small but we were still happy.

SGThe unit is newly-refurbished. We were the first guests in it. Most of the items were new. It was very clean. We even met the owner Jamie who was a very friendly and helpful guy.
As the unit was newly-refurbished, there was still paint smell in it.
