"Nice place to stay, just follow the many the instruction notes in the rooms."

The location was great, close to town but isolated enough to feel out in the countryside. Great breakfast, accommodating hosts, private entry with patio, comfortable rooms.

Perhaps there are a few too many notes in the room. While the hosts were very nice, every table and piece of furniture had instruction / do's and dont's laminated notices on them. Appreciate that the hosts want to protect their B&B from any damage ,but the number of do and don't notes was over the top.

Location. Had superb grounds. Well thought out rooms with the little fridge. Owners were welcoming and went out of their way to enhance the stay (early arrival for use of pool).

Didn’t sell their home made jam!! Would be ideal to have had an en-suite bathroom but that’s being a bit picky.

Everything! Heated pool was a definite bonus on a hot day. Peaceful and quiet countryside but with all the facilities you could need. Hosts helpful and friendly-nothing too much trouble Fantastic breakfast
