Comfortable room with nice big beds. Clean and well equipped with toiletries and hair dryer. Not far from Hoi an old town. Free breakfast included is good.

The staff are very nice, but when we arrived they did try to sell us lots of tours and transport. They were only trying to be helpful but we had come off of a 17 hour train and were very tired. Just a suggestion maybe you could WhatsApp your guests the information or wait until after they have checked in.

We had a great stay here and Mavina is a very helpful and wonderful host that helped us book tours and rent motorbike. Very nice and clean room, good breakfast and the place is within walking distance to Ancient town and many other sights. Highly recommend!

The location was pretty good, 15 minutes walk to the old town. The bed was above average and the air condition worked pretty well.

The bathroom was not cleaned at all. Old what looked like used towels from previous guests as well as disgusting looking plastic bags and a used popsicle stick on the sink. The bathroom was also full of what looked like dead ants that we had to wash away to be able to stand in the shower. We also found a spider on our pillow when we were going to bed. A one-way airport transfer could be included via Booking for an extra fee, but after we left he tried to charge us for it even though it was included in our stay, in an unprofessional manner.

The staff were so friendly and so helpful,l definitely will be going back. The pool is nice too , so willing to help

Nothing to not like

Very friendly and helpful owners. Helped us rent a bike, book tours and our sleeper bus to the next destination. They upgraded our room with no extra charge to their other sister homestay with a pool which was just around the corner. It's a short walk to the night markets. Very good location.

Lovely people, great location being very close to the old town but in a quiet area, amazing breakfast!
