We were not accepted because we are not citizen of India

I liked that it was close to the Moulsarie metro and the hotel was clean overall, no disturbance found.

The staff didn't come for cleaning on a daily basis and didn't receive my call!

This hotel is completely a fraudulent hotel. My best suggestion is don't book in this hotel. They don't care about you at all. Just they tried to take my money in all ways. Worst room , don't expect what you see in photos. Smell of poo in the room just imagine that how can you sleep there. After saying this thing still you want to go then God bless you
