Location is good, in a straight line from the metro. Property is neat and well maintained, the rooms and washrooms were very clean. The rooms have do have a window/door that opens up either for a big balcony or a French balcony depending on the type of room you select, good enough for fresh air and maintaing the a good natural odour in the room.

The only drawback is that they don't offer a minibar/fridge in the room. Would be good to have a fridge to store fruits and juices.

only thing nice was the location of the hotel

there were 3 used condoms in the wash basin cupboard. no shampoo, the blanket’s cover was coming off and completely came off during my last days there, the menu book was broken, the television remote was lagging, i kept some leftover food for the night in my room, it rotted the next morning. the hotel staff are complete scammers, specially the two receptionists. i brought a friend with me for 1 night stay in the room i fully booked, and the staff asked me to pay 500 more than what i already paid just for him to stay. we had to pay it unfortunately otherwise the staff wasn’t letting him even enter the elevator. then fast forward, i wanted to extend my stay and asked them how much it will cost. the staff said 2000, then i told them that it’s less costly on booking.com and i’ll just do it from there then, staff said “toh fir 1800 hi dedo” and i was like, what a shame! the staff just wants to squeeze as much money as they can from you, on the basis of how “rich” you appear. never coming back here
