[Hongdae] Min's house

地理位置離地鐵站走路大約2分鐘左右，方便又安靜，附近有兩間便利超商，一間24小時排骨湯 房東準備的東西很齊全（轉換插頭，碗筷，冰箱，吹風機，盥洗用品，洗衣機等等），讓我們像在家一樣舒服

浴室的蓮蓬頭位置會讓洗澡的時候很難不噴到其他的東西，但因為空間小，好像只能這樣，這幾天洗澡是有點克難 韓國的垃圾分類好難，研究了一下才知道要用哪一種垃圾袋

This cute apartment was in an excellent location, about 3 minutes walk (all flat, no hills!😄) from Hongik Uni station and about 5 minutes from the famous Hongdae Street with its lively atmosphere, restaurants, and shopping. It has 3 bedrooms, all with air con. An enclosed balcony with a washing machine and detergent and a decent hanging space. A tiny kitchen with a fridge, sink, stove top burner, and hot and cold water dispenser. Only one short flight of stairs up. It would probably suit 3 to 5 people. There are towels, shampoo conditioner and body wash available in the bathroom, which is a wet area (shower head in between the toilet and basin so the room gets wet but dries quickly, just wipe down with your towel if needed). Wifi is available, there are spare chargers and slippers (take shoes off when you're in the apartment). The host Min was very approachable and answered all questions quickly, especially our questions on how to sort the rubbish! Make sure you follow the guides on how to sort your rubbish and days to take it out. We had a pleasant stay and would stay again if we ever come back.

The living area was quite tiny and we had to manoeuvre around each other and the table when walking around.

The gaps in the window in one bedroom were such that there was a constant stream of mosquitoes. Each morning I woke with 20 new bites. This needs urgent attention. The single bed was not flat and you sleep at an angle

• Strategic location. It is near both metro (use exit 1 to avoid stairs) and bus stops. 7/11 CU and GS25 stores are also within the area so that’s a plus. • Good value for money. Min’s house has everything you could ask for (except bidet but that’s ok). They provide indoor slippers, umbrellas, toiletries, universal adapters, and even drinking water. The master bedroom is also bigger than what we expected. We went during summer so I’m thankful that all rooms have air conditioners. • Accommodating host. We were granted early check-in upon request and they quickly reply to messages as well.
