❗❗❗ NEVER RENT THIS APARTMENT – HEALTH HAZARD! This was an absolute nightmare. The apartment is extremely dirty, poorly maintained, with a strong smell of mold and dampness, and the hygiene standards are shockingly low. The most serious problem was bedbugs. My children were severely bitten, and we had to call a doctor who clearly confirmed that these were bedbug bites. Instead of a peaceful stay, we experienced stress and real health risks – we literally had to escape from the apartment. The owner completely refused our request to leave early and get a refund for the unused days, claiming that “this is Malaysia, not Poland” and that we should accept the presence of insects. When we tried to recover our deposit (150 MYR), the owner created additional obstacles: he made us wait on the 10th-floor parking while the apartment is on the 7th floor so he could “inspect” it alone. Then he suggested that we were breaking rental rules – when we asked which rules, we received no response. It was a clear attempt to avoid returning our money. Only after we threatened to involve the police was the deposit returned by a cleaner, who also tried to find a reason to deduct part of it. It is important to note that we left the apartment in much better condition than we found it. I strongly warn everyone against renting this property. If you value your health, safety, and fair treatment – stay far away. Below I am attaching photos from the doctor’s visit confirming the bedbug bites.
