Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa. La ubicación era perfecta para hacer turismo y el personal nos hizo sentir como en casa., siempre amable y flexible. El apartamento es cómodo, moderno, tranquilo, espacioso y bien equipado. Las habitaciones estaban impecables y tenían todas las comodidades que necesitábamos. Las zonas comunes muy bonitas, la piscina grande, limpia y accesible, el parking gratis y muy cómodo. Sin duda, volveremos a repetir.

Al llegar hacia mucha calor, al encender el aire acondicionado no funcionó, se informó al dueño, el cuál vino enseguida, pero no pudo resolverlo. ☹️

The situation has a lovely setting however the lack of anyone on site left the place a little off. There were no lights around the pool or lifeguards. There were no lights lit on any of the paths to our accommodation. We had to use our phone torches to see our footing. The beds were so uncomfortable. The showers were so tight, small they were not accessible. No one was present on site after 6pm and that was only Wed to Sunday. The food was nothing to write home about. One team member left to deal with bar orders, food orders, she was lovely but really needs some help. No one to clean up around the pool which led to broken glasses on the pool area which someone in our party cleaned up. Very isolated with no facility to phone for a taxi. When we did manage a taxi we were charged $46 to las americas and €46 return but that was after the meter was switched off due to visiting 3 other destinations. All not ours! The girl on reception was lovely and helpful when she was there. Not ideal if you have mobility issues. Area is hilly and isolated. We did have a nice time but there are lots of areas needing addressed to make this venue something to return to.

Lack of information, taxi access, food, water, lighting in public areas. Lack of cleaning up around the pool especially with lots of broken glass. Not suitable for anyone with disability. Quite isolated.

La piscina y las vistas están bastante bien. Las terrazas son amplias y tienen tendedero, te dejan toalla de piscina que es algo de agradecer.

Las habitaciones tiene puertas de armarios y de acceso antiguos pintados en blanco, la puerta de hecho va con llave. Se nota que han hecho obra, pero la verdad que acabados mejorables por ejemplo faltan cachos de rodapié bajo algunos muebles. La ducha es muy pequeña y el soporte de la alcachofa estaba roto, pese a estar el baño reformado recientemente. El colchón esta deformado y el somier suena una barbaridad. La estancia no ha sido mala, pero es un sitio que podría estar mejor por ese precio. Al estar cerca del aeropuerto se escucha muchísimo los aviones y hay veces que pasan a horas un poco incomodas.

These apartments were beautiful and so was the pool area. The staff especially Anna was brilliant and upgraded us to a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment for our stay. Would definitely recommend.
