La limpieza

Llegue el domingo y la televisión no funciona llamo a recepción y me dice que hasta el lunes no puede hacer nada me quedé sin televisión y los gatos en el pasillo maullando toda la noche nos tuvimos que ir era imposible dormir abres la puerta y entran los gatos yo pago y no tengo televisión y no te dan soluciones ninguno nunca más volveré ahí muy decepcionado

Had a great one-night stay here before a red-eye flight. The staff were truly exceptional, in fact, some of the kindest and most hospitable people I’ve come across. They even let me use the pool facilities after check-out while I waited to head to the airport, which I really appreciated since I had quite some time to kill before my flight. Everything was exactly as described in the booking, and the location was very convenient. To the Club, thank you so much!

The only small downside was that the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but overall it was a very positive experience. I’d stay again just for the service alone!
