Amazing beautiful house & vibes. Wonderful location & kind host. Love the decor, jacuzzi, cozy. Great beds/rooms. Fun awesome games. The host made my birthday extremely special and I am grateful for them. The amenities are wonderful!!! Such a fun beautiful cozy house.

Location, house in general, main bedroom, kitchen. Hot tub, the guide books, welcome note, attention to detail, everything seemed pretty new, clean.

Differ types of Games can be found in the basement, kill time when it was raining outside

The Pratvilla had a wonderful design awsthetic and all the amenities… and so much more. it looked even better than the pictures and there was something for everyone old and young. some many thoughtful details from the welcome gift to the great handbook and the tea and coffee bar. (Pack a few extra nespresso pods is you are a heavy coffee drinker!) The twinky lights sureounding the fire pit and sparkling hot tub were incredible after a long day of skiing and Windham was minutes away. I can’t say enough good thing. The owner was very responsive when I called for help with the keypad entry. The little round reading window was a delightful bonus.

recently stayed at this amazing villa and it was truly a dream come true! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with the cozy and warm atmosphere that the fireplace and beautiful decor provided, which was perfect for a chilly evening. The jacuzzi was also an absolute highlight of my stay, as it provided a relaxing soak while overlooking the beautiful forest scenery. The bed was incredibly comfortable and made for a really restful night's sleep. What really set this Villa, apart was the incredible host who communicated with me promptly and helpfully throughout my entire stay. From answering any questions to ensuring that everything was in order, Gal's hospitality truly went above and beyond. Overall, I cannot recommend this vacation home enough. The jacuzzi, fireplace, comfortable bed, game room and fantastic host really make for an unforgettable experience. I can't wait to come back!

Great property for larger groups. The two main bedrooms off the living area were both nicely furnished with comfy beds. The living room had a massive sofa that would have comfortably fit 8 people, with a giant TV. We visited in winter, and the hot tub was the biggest drawcard for us. It's a really good size, fitting 4 people comfortably - and maybe 6-8 if you don't mind squeezing in. The tub was very clean and very warm.

The two rooms downstairs off the garage seemed to be a step down in terms of comfort. The garage area needed a good clean, the floors were quite dirty which was a little annoying as it was requested that we remove shoes indoors. We tried to check in at the agreed time, but the cleaner was still working. She mentioned the previous guests were quite messy, so she had a lot more to do. When we checked in, it was clear that there needed to be additional cleaning. Some floors were really dirty, lots of hair and debris on the sofa. Kitchen was spacious, but we were missing a few key kitchen items. Couldn't find any BBQ equipment, so scraping off the grill that was caked with the previous guest's burned meat was a struggle with a wooden spoon. None of the negative items were a huge deal for us, and I think this could be a really nice location if the minor annoyances were fixed for the next guests. Edit: the owner reached out to me a few days after our stay via text to let me know that the BBQ tools are in a drawer by the BBQ, and to reconsider my review. The place still needed a more thorough cleaning, so my review still stands. I'm sure they'll use this constructive criticism to improve things and it might be a 10/10 experience for future guests.
