location is very accessible to all places you want to go with good transportation going to malls, church and groceries

the door of Room 5H might a little loose for lucking the door, turning of keys not easy getting luck the door. Maybe need to check again by the owner and replace by the new one. Iron with ironing table or board must need to add for customer satisfaction during the stay.

Good location, adequate kitchenware. Good value!!!

There could be a hook in tile wall for a towel when you step out of the shower. There could be slippers provided. Didn’t see a remote control for air conditioner. If a regular bedsheet was there (not just a thick blanket) then air con wouldn’t be turned as low so the landlord would save power costs. Many properties do the same thing with bedding though.

Good Location

The chairs on the dining table , very unsafe and dangerous. Every time I sat on the chairs I felt moving from side to side , very wobbly and unstable …. Anytime can break down and may cause injury. To me very unsafe and needs changing.
