"Our booking was not used as we cannot contact the number on the confirmation page."

Immediately after booking, guests went to the property but the guard informed us to call the caretaker. But, The number on the confirmation page cannot be reached. So guests left since it was late in the evening and they have a flight at 5am with a baby and toddler and booked the hotel beside. We asked for consideration to refund or used it next time since we did not use the booking, but they would not reply anymore and even charged our credit card 2377 instead of 2338. Not recommended for booking and checking in immediately after arrival.
