Commendation was lovely, well looked after, looked out over a pond

1 bed mattress was uncomfortable

Accommodation was lovely and parking ample.

The external of the holiday home ie balcony, deck chairs etc did have a lot of cob webs which frightened our 1 year old a bit.

Accommodation was spot on, very clean and fresh, all appliances and equipment looked almost new. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped, much more than we expected. Both bedrooms very roomy. The en-suite was again surprisingly large and showers very good. The washing machine was another great addition. A great spot for a family break. 2 good size swimming pools on site.

Beautiful caravan on a very nice spot on the park. Very clean.

We saw there were tv issues from previous reviews so we hoped it would be sorted, however sadly not. It kept cutting out, so a 30 minute episode of eastenders for example took 55 minutes! Cheap tv, and something I hope the owners invests in, as that would warrant what we paid for it. That said, we did stay an extra night. WiFi speed slow.

Couldn't fault the accommodation, beautiful lodge.

Plenty of space

Unfortunately the property is wrongly advertised and not premium at all in fact it’s far from anything that was described. Firstly it claims to have satellite channels which it does not, the tv also turns itself off for 30 seconds every 5 mins meaning it’s impossible to watch anything. It was not equipped for 6 people, no pillows for the sofa bed or any kind of mattress protector meaning there were blood stains all over the pull out bed. The one protector which was on the single bed was covered in yellow stains showing nothing had been washed. The duvet was also yellow. It also claims to be supplied with cleaning products and toiletries which again it did not and also only provided 2 toilet rolls for six of us for a week. When it came to sitting down for our dinner we unfortunately did not have enough cutlery for 6 people. There are many issues with this property I could list including the main entrance door being stiff and difficult to lock and also being a fire exit I can guarantee would not meet standards due to the way the door opens against the gate.
