It’s in a great location, close to lots of the main Cotswolds towns. Spacious bedrooms.

The stairs! I had a very bad fall down the stairs which resulted in me spending most of my trip in A&E and in pain. The stairs are extremely narrow and very steep and winding. It’s a shame it’s not clear in the pictures when you’re looking to book because the rest of the property was pleasant.

Very pretty and well equipped, character cottage in a great location.

A clearer explanation as to how to retrieve the keys would be useful. There are two key safe's, and one doesnt look like a key safe, especially in the dark with only the light from a phone to try and find it! Parking was a little difficult upon arrival as the assumed parking space is next to the pub car park, again, instructions would be really useful. Last point - the stairs are really steep, narrow and winding - not a problem for most, but would have been impassable for my parents.

Location was lovely

House was in need of several repairs, furniture was very tired and uncomfortable. Stairs were a nightmare not just steep. Beds uncomfortable.

Beautiful little house, well equipped, comfortable, warm and clean. Good location for travelling to a number of Cotswold towns and villages. Free parking. Excellent custome service in that I arrived to find there was no iron in the property and one was dispatched via Amazon and arrived next day - this was much appreciated.

Very minor points - some bedside lights and some hooks in the top floor bedroom would have made life easier!
