OASIS - PALM Old Town

Nothing, I am unable to mark the apartment I paid for and never received!

I booked and paid for the Oasis Palm for 5 nights 1823 Jan 26. On arriving at the Mundo booking office, I was given a different apartment, I was told the Oasis Palm was unavailable. I was basically told tough, and offered an alternative apartment instead. this was the 'Roma' and very small with 2 double beds, I explained to the chap showing us around that my son and daughter could not sleep together, the chap in the office did not see this as a problem! I was then shown a 2nd apartment which was OK with the bedding OK, but it was not at the standard I expected with a number of faults. This apartment was still available on booking.com for the next 24hrs for the same 5 nights, and was rated at 8.1 on booking.com, Oasis was 9.3. After being offered 2 alternatives I had the take the 2nd otherwise I had no where to stay, This apartment, as well as being rated much lower was actually £50 less to rent. There has been no apology and no refund even though Mundo accept they sold the apartment twice, as they kept the calendar open after i booked. I would be very cautious in hiring this, apartment as you are likely to receive another apartment, and don't expect any help from the Mundo booking staff who generally couldn't care less. I have never had this happen before but as a minimum I would expect a similar apartment (i was told it was 2 and they had nothing else and to phone booking.com!) and to be reimbursed for the difference, but frankly the staff at the office were hopeless. I would not use this apartment or the company as I believe the same thing would happen again and there lack of care in resolving it is staggering avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Prachtig appartement middenin oude centrum van Benidorm. Mooi ingericht, zeer sfeervol.Vaatwasser,wasmachine,lift, grote tv incl netflix ect. Aanrader!

Niks...... Wel beetje lastig te vinden omdat er Hostal boven de deur staat. Je krijgt een filmpje op de app hoe er te komen. Er zijn ook appartementen permanent bewoond.

Great location in the old town, very clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The decor is lovely and there is a nice balcony overlooking the square. Right in the middle of everything and a short walk from the seafront.

There is a lot of noise due to location, I don't mind but just giving feedback. The WiFi is absolutely rubbish, it was last year and I thought it would have been resolved by now. The shower is nice and powerful with a rainfall addition but the drain can't cope and it floods, the handyman came to clean out the drain but I had to have the shower running slowly for the drain to cope.

Very clean and ideal location

Dzīvoklis bija ļoti plašs un gaišs. Baudījām dienas sauli novembrī uz balkona. Atrašānās vieta bija ļoti tuvu pludmalei un visam nepieciešamajam.

Viss bija ļoti labi. Vienīgi, likās, ka ledusskapim durvis līdz galam neveras ciet.
